Anna Mills, 2 term president of National Real Estate Investors Assn., She's past president of Ohio Real Estate Investors, and currently serving as local president of Toledo. Toledo Real Estate Investors Assn is a nonprofit educational association for investors and entrepreneurs to earn the Ohio & National Professional Housing Provider status.
Anna's a realtor in Ohio & Michigan 40+ years, and holds top designations in VIP Relocation, Investor Specialist, Property Tax Reduction & Court Appraisals. She has received multiple Ruby Awards for a great mix of educating buyers, sellers and investors on getting results.
Early in her career, she became a builder and an investor and started acquiring properties (no money down). She currently holds 14 professional real estate & contractors licenses including the skill trades of plumbing, heating, electrical contractor, lead paint supervisor & contractor and Clearance Tech inspector for lead paint.
Besides rebuilding Toledo neighborhoods, one rehab house at a time, Toledo Real Estate Investors Assn. also created the “Donate-a-House” program with all the profits going back into the community through Northwest Ohio Food Bank.
As Co-authored of the ‘Landlord Tenant Handbook’, she also speaks and teaches investor workshops for the local housing authority, nationwide associations, and area banks. She has spoken as far away as Australia & New Zealand through Lourdes College. Anna is past president of Toastmasters with an Advanced Toastmaster Silver designation, has been a member of Women’s Council of Realtors, and Women’s Entrepreneurial Network.
